During the meeting

There are several features available during your meeting to help present content, manage engagement, and share for future review.

Present Content

Annotation Tools
Explains how to use the annotation tools in Virtual Classroom meetings on a desktop or mobile device. The annotation tools can be used with a mobile device/touchscreen.
Share Desktop in Virtual Classroom

Manage Engagement

Breakout Rooms
For instructors: explains how to set up Breakout Rooms in Virtual Classroom.
Note: you need students to be in the meeting to drag and drop their names into each breakout room as part of the creation process.
If you need to organize students after you have created the rooms, use the bottom left plus button to access the Invite to Breakout Rooms. You can also enter each room using the Show Breakout Rooms option.
Chat & Upload Files in Virtual Classroom
