Falcon Self-Service for Students

This guide will demonstrate how to use the various functions of the MyDaytonaState Student Falcon Self-Service portal.

Access Falcon Self-Service

  1. Go to the MyDaytonaState portal and select Falcon Self-Service.

  2. You will be prompted for your Daytona State login information.

Request Official Transcript

  1. Expand the Academics menu, then select Request Transcript.

     
  2. You will be taken to National Student Clearinghouse official transcript ordering information.  Once you have read the ordering information and have verified that your DSC transcript has all the information you need (final grades, degree awarded) click on the green button at the bottom of the information page to order transcripts.

     
  3. Complete the order form.

     
  4. If you select College or University, a drop-down box will appear that you can start to type in the school’s name to search and select.





     
  5. Processing options are as follows:
    Current Transcript – process as is. (Alumni students would select this option)
    After Degree is awarded – this option will hold your order until after your degree has been posted to your DSC transcript. This can take up to 3 weeks after the term as ended.
    After Grades are posted – this option will hold your order until all final grades have been posted. This can take up to 7 days after the term has ended.

     
  6. Review order and select checkout.

     
  7. Enter payment information and submit order.
