Falcon Self-Service for Students

This guide will demonstrate how to use the various functions of the MyDaytonaState Student Falcon Self-Service portal.

Access Falcon Self-Service

  1. Go to the MyDaytonaState portal and select Falcon Self-Service.

  2. You will be prompted for your Daytona State login information.

Request Official Transcript

  1. Expand the Academics menu, then select Request Transcript.

  2. Click on Request Transcript
  3. You will be redirected to for transcript order. Your Email Address will appear automatically. Click on Continue button.
  4. Enter Your Personal Information in all fields with Red Stars.

  5. Create your own Password

  6. Complete your Enrollment Information

  7. Check the box to Finish creating your Parchment Account, then click Complete My Registration.

  8. Proceed with your Transcript Order by clicking Order.

  9. Click Search box and find the receiving institution or click on “I’m sending to myself or Another Individual”.

  10. Pick up from drop down box the Correct Institution

  11. Complete boxes with Red Stars.

  12. Add an Attachment If Needed by clicking on the Attachment Box.

  13. Review the Information, Sign, and Print full name.
    This action will Authorize your order. 

  14. Click Continue.

  15. Revise Summary and click Continue.

  16. Submit payment Via Credit or Debit, then click Continue.

  17. After clicking Submit, you will receive an Order Number verifying completion of your Transcript Order.
