All currently enrolled students at Daytona State College are provided with a no-cost account to Microsoft o365. Here are a few things you should know:
What software do I have available to me via my free account and how do I get to it?

How can I download Microsoft Office to my device?
If you would prefer not to use internet-based software and storage, you also have access to download Microsoft Office software free on up to five (5) devices.
The benefit of downloading the software directly to your device is that it is not tied to the internet. Even when wi-fi is down or internet connection is slow or sketchy, you are still able to access your software and work. Need to write your essay, but the internet is down? No problem if you have Office downloaded to your computer. Just open Word and starting working!
