adriana.paiva@daytonastate.edu (386)506-3356. If a session is available, you will be asked to select a student SI leader. This individual should be a past student of yours who has shown a strong grasp of the course material and earned an A in the course and has at least a 3.0 GPA. In addition, the prospective SI leader should display qualities such as good communication skills, a calm demeanor, and a desire to help others. You should expect to be in regular contact with the student as the semester proceeds.
