The ASC is proud to provide support for our faculty partners.
- ASC Intros: A representative of the ASC will do a brief presentation of ASC services for your class. Intros can be done in your classroom, in the ASC, or virtually.
- Content-Specific Tutoring: The ASC provides tutoring help for assignment decoding, content challenges, study skills, exam reviews, computer and technology assistance, and much more. Tutoring is available both in person and online, no appointments needed.
- Supplemental Instruction: SI is a series of weekly review sessions for students taking historically difficult courses. These sessions are led by a student of your choice who will work closely with you. Email Adriana Paiva to request SI for your course.
- ASC InfoGuide: The ASC InfoGuide provides campus and tutoring schedules, a live chat feature, and many other helpful resources.
- Workshops and Review Sessions: The ASC provides various content specific Workshops and Review Sessions including subject area reviews, specialized content workshops (TEAS and GKT prep, photoshop, etc) or we can collaborate with you to produce a workshop of your choosing. These events can be held in the ASC, your classroom, or virtually.
- Online Embedding: Learning Specialists can embed in a course to offer instructor and student support. The level of involvement is at the instructor’s discretion.
- Reservable Spaces and Resources: You can reserve space in the ASC on a one-time or recurring basis. Additionally, you can checkout laptops for use in the ASC or in your classroom.

Student Support Goal
You can fulfill your annual Student Support Goal through on-site collaboration with the ASC.
Help students in the ASC as part of a weekly residency.
- Work with academic support staff to develop an activity or resource that can be shared with students and colleagues.
