The Falcon-AID Student HelpDesk is dedicated to being the first point of contact for students seeking technical assistance addressing all technical concerns related to the college environment.

Though not required when calling the Help Desk, it is very helpful to have your DSC Student ID number available in case they need to do further research to help you with your issue.

Where do I find my DSC Student ID number?

If you do not know your ID number, you can look it up on your MyDaytonaState account under the Falcon Self Service-->My Profile-->General Info tab.  A short video that explains how to access features on MyDaytonaState can be found on the Introducing: MyDaytonaState Student Portal’ video on the MyDaytonaState InfoGuide’s homepage.

Representatives can assist with:

  • MyDaytonaState Student Portal Password Manager Help
  • Access to FalconMail and Microsoft 365 applications through your student account
  • Access to college DSC_Wireless WIFI
  • Assistance with smart devices (i.e., laptops, tablets, smart phones) in topics related to college academic resources/services (only)

Falcon Online Support

Get help with your online course shell/Falcon Online

If you experience an issue with using your Falcon Online course shell, contact Falcon Online Support. Examples of common errors include:

  • Resolve error messages
  • Fixing browser settings (for example removing pop-up blockers)
  • Downloading or uploading files correctly

Representatives can assist with troubleshooting and technical assistance with using Falcon Online features and functions.
