FCLE (Florida Civic Literacy Exam)

Instructions for Accessing Sample Test

Access the online FCLE sample test here and follow these steps: 

  • Step 1: Make sure all options are set to ON and click Sign In 

  • Step 2: For Student Grade Level, select 30 

  • Step 3: Scroll down to Florida Civic Literacy Exam, select Start Florida Civil Literacy Exam Sample Test 

  • Step 4: Do not change settings, then click Select 

  • Step 5: Click Begin Test Now 

PLEASE NOTE: The sample test is not scored automatically, so you need to write down your answers and then see the Answer Key here. You need a 60% to pass the exam (24 or more questions correct on the practice exam). A calculator is provided on the Answer Key page. Pay attention to the competencies of questions you missed so you can review. Note: this sample test contains 40 questions, whereas the actual exam contains 80 questions.
