  • Staff taking video or audio of Academic Support Services students will obtain signatures on the “DSC Talent Release” form.
  • Use closed captioning/transcripts for all educational video content to meet ADA compliance. For more information about ADA, visit the http://adata.org/communication site.
  • When creating video tutorials, consider your diverse range of audiences (e.g. Mac vs. PC users, software upgrades).
  • Monitor comments left by YouTube users; delete inappropriate comments that include profanity.
  • When embedding video in a DSC library site, use the Bootstrap responsive embed code.
