The Dance Critics Association consists of professional practitioners of dance criticism. It seeks to further the identity of dance criticism as a profession, to offer its members solidarity, and to provide the means of exchanging information and exploring fresh approaches to critical writing. (DC)
Dance/USA sustains and advances professional dance by addressing the needs, concerns, and interests of artists, administrators, and organizations. By providing national leadership and services, Dance/USA enhances the infrastructure for dance creation and distribution, education, and dissemination of information (DU).
