The Division of Online Studies is now accepting applications for its Faculty Fellow in Innovation program for the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 semesters. This is an exciting opportunity for full-time faculty members to work with instructional designers to develop teaching resources and technological enhancements for their online classes. With the guidance of our Instructional Design team, faculty will be able to focus on a specific course outcome and incorporate innovation into their course shell.

The Faculty Fellow in Innovation program works with faculty members to support them with developing online pedagogy and developing best practices to share with their peer faculty. The fellows develop strategies for using online resources for all classes, whether face-to-face, hybrid, or fully online. All fellows are required to work 3 hours weekly in the FIC or in the TV station working with the Instructional Resources media team. At the end of the semester, our fellow in innovation will highlight their work to their peers with a blog post and presentations.

All credentialed and full-time faculty members are eligible. Applications are due by April 22, 2022, to cheryl.kohen@daytonastate.edu.
