Professional Development @ DSC

The Office of Professional Development enhances the teaching and learning environment of the college by coordinating and promoting internal and external opportunities/resources that support the college’s mission. The Office aids the professional development and growth of the individual and the institution as measured by: communicating opportunities for professional development and collaboration; providing opportunities for all employees to learn to be change agents and leaders within their area of expertise; providing opportunities for skills development at all levels of the institution.
